Refund Policy

Course Enrolment
Refunds are available for course enrolments upon request if the participant withdraws before the start date of the training.

Unavailability or Cancellation
In the event that ERP OCEAN cancels a training course, participants will be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Requests
To initiate a refund, participants must submit a written request to ERP OCEAN within [number of days] days of the course start date.

Required Information
Refund requests must include the participant’s full name, course details, and the reason for the refund.

Verification
ERP OCEAN reserves the right to verify the participant’s attendance and course status before processing a refund.

Course Withdrawal
If a participant withdraws from a course before the start date, they will receive a full refund minus any applicable processing fees.

Cancellation by ERP OCEAN
If a course is cancelled by ERP OCEAN, participants will receive a full refund.

Application or Processing Fees
Application or processing fees associated with the training program are non-refundable

Course Materials
Fees for course materials, if applicable, are non-refundable once the materials have been provided to the participant.

Credit Card Payments
Refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original credit card used for the transaction.

Other Payment Methods
Refunds for payments made via other methods will be processed through the original payment method or by check.

Course Transfer
Participants have the option to transfer their enrolment to a future course instead of requesting a refund. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
